About Fernanda Mantovani Bichir
I'm Fernanda, a Brazilian creator based in Miami who traded a law career for a life that actually makes sense to her. Wellness isn't my niche. It's how I live. Vegetarian since 2019, 2+ hours at the gym daily, seven pillars of functional lifestyle: sleep, nutrition, movement, mind, spirit. When I talk about a product in this space, I'm not performing. I'm sharing what's already in my routine. I create in English and Portuguese, which means your brand can reach both the US market and Brazil, or the growing Latino community right here in Miami. My husband and my two Pomeranians, Pompom and Biscuit, also make occasional (and very welcome) appearances.
