Access Control Principles

Vidovo implements access controls based on the principle of least privilege, ensuring that users are granted only the minimum access necessary to perform their job functions. Access to personal data and sensitive systems is restricted and monitored.

Principle of Least Privilege

  • Users receive access only to the data and systems required for their specific role and responsibilities
  • Personal data access is limited to authorized personnel with legitimate business needs
  • Administrative privileges are granted sparingly and only when necessary
  • Access rights are reviewed regularly and adjusted based on role changes

Access Management

  • New user access is provisioned based on approved role requirements
  • Access is promptly revoked upon termination or role change
  • Shared accounts and generic credentials are prohibited
  • Multi-factor authentication is required for sensitive system access

User Responsibility: Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, reporting suspected unauthorized access, and using systems only for authorized purposes.

Third-Party Systems: Vidovo does not control or guarantee the access control measures of third-party systems or services that may be integrated with or used alongside Vidovo systems.
