Note: Vidovo, Inc. is referred to as "Vidovo" throughout this document. This policy is incorporated by reference into Vidovo's Terms of Service and is legally binding on all users. This policy governs fees applicable to campaign transactions only. Additional fees may apply to other features, services, or functionality available elsewhere on the Vidovo platform and will be disclosed separately where applicable.

Vidovo charges a single, all-inclusive platform fee of 10% of the total campaign value, automatically deducted at the time of transaction. We want to be fully transparent about where that goes: of that 10%, approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction is paid directly to our payment processor simply to move money from a brand to a creator. That is not a Vidovo fee — it is the unavoidable cost of electronic payments, charged by our processor at the same rate every major platform in the world pays. We absorb this cost within our fee rather than passing it on separately because we believe creators deserve transparency, not surprise deductions.
The remainder is what Vidovo uses to operate the platform — funding dispute resolution, fraud prevention, payment protection, customer support, and the infrastructure that connects creators with brands. We are deeply committed to keeping our fee as low as possible. Creators are the foundation of this platform, and every pricing decision we make is made with that in mind.
All fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable except as expressly provided in Vidovo's Terms of Service. By using the Vidovo platform, all users unconditionally agree to the fee structure described herein.
By registering for or using the Vidovo platform, all users — including brands and creators — expressly, irrevocably, and unconditionally agree to the fee structure set forth in this policy. No campaign may be initiated, accepted, or completed on the Vidovo platform without the user's acceptance of these fees. Participation in any campaign constitutes renewed acceptance of the current fee schedule in effect at that time.
Users may not circumvent, avoid, or otherwise bypass platform fees by transacting outside of the Vidovo platform. Any such attempt constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination and liability for damages.
Vidovo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any or all aspects of this fee structure at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Vidovo website or platform. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes the user's irrevocable acceptance of the updated fees. Users who do not agree to a fee change must immediately cease use of the platform.
Furthermore, by participating in the Vidovo platform in any capacity — including but not limited to creating an account, submitting a proposal, accepting a campaign, or processing a payment — users expressly accept and agree to any fees introduced, modified, or not yet listed in this document at the time of their participation. Participation constitutes blanket acceptance of all current and future fee schedules, whether or not such fees are reflected in the version of this policy the user has previously reviewed.
Vidovo's failure to enforce any provision of this policy on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision on any future occasion. All rights and remedies of Vidovo under this policy are cumulative and not exclusive.
